The Economic Development & Tourism Department collaborates with local partners to support Henderson businesses in building a strong foundation for success.

Applications are now open. Limited spots available. 

Sponsored by the City of Henderson, the Henderson Small Business Assistance NV Grow Cohort, through the College of Southern Nevada, offers up to six months of high-level technical assistance from skilled providers in various areas.

Henderson Small Business Assistance is a no-cost, competitive program designed to help local business owners grow stronger, more resilient companies. Business owners selected for the program will be paired with an NV Grow counselor to create a Resiliency Work Plan, a personalized roadmap to address key business challenges and identify milestones for growth. At the core of the program are bi-weekly, in-person and virtual workshops led by subject matter experts, covering areas like marketing, GIS data, media relations, operations, finance, and customer strategy.

These sessions are designed to complement the business owner's Resiliency Work Plan and provide practical tools they can apply immediately. NV Grow counselors will provide one-on-one support and targeted technical assistance throughout the program, aligning their guidance with the needs outlined in each business's Resiliency Work Plan. This combination of structured group learning and personalized advising helps ensure that every participating business gets the attention and resources it needs to move forward.

This is a time-sensitive opportunity to work directly with advisors, industry experts, and other business owners in our community. The HSBA is limited to a select number of participants, creating a focused environment for growth.
