Where & Getting Here

Located adjacent to Las Vegas in booming Clark County, Nevada, Henderson is conveniently situated between five major Southwest markets (Los Angeles, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, San Diego, and San Francisco).

Because of its location, easy access, and business-friendly environment, Henderson is the hub for business in the Southwest. In fact, Henderson is the perfect complement to the Southern California marketplace because of its close proximity to the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach.

Henderson is located 15 minutes from the world-famous Las Vegas Strip. Stretching over 100 square miles from Lake Las Vegas to the east and Interstate-15 to the west, Henderson forms the southern edge of the Las Vegas Valley.

The gateway to the region, McCarran International Airport is the eighth busiest airport in the United States, in terms of passenger traffic. The 110-gate airport set a record high of 48.5 million passengers in 2017. Approximately 40 airlines operate out of McCarran.

Master-Planned Communities

Henderson is renowned for its exceptional master-planned residential areas, progressive business development, and new transportation projects, and has become one of the nation’s most dynamic communities. Regardless of which you choose, every community is a short commute away from the area’s offices and industrial parks. We know you have better things to do than sit in traffic.
